These folks are great!  I've tried all 3 car rental agencies in the area and this Enterprise location has always provided the best service as well as the company structure arrangement.  I recently had an 8-day rental as my car was in the shop.  Their new pad-oriented system made things go ever-so-smoothly!  Quick in - Quick out.

I also love their new (to me) fuel policy - no more confusion!  

In the past few years I've had a few dings on 2 of my rentals - covered by my credit card's policy for the $500 deductible.  Yes, I had to pay for it up front then get reimbursed but the Enterprise system was fast and efficient working with my Card Company

I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car!

I made a reservation for a pick up at 9am. It's 9:40 and they are still not here. I have my child with me which makes waiting even worse. I tried calling and it rang for awhile then was put on an automatic message that repeated 5 times before I hung up. If you're going to be late, fine but give the customer a courtesy call.

I am happy I switched to the Enterprise on Thornydale.  I rent cars regularly (almost weekly) for interstate work travel.  They make sure they have a car for me every time I rent one.  And sometimes it even has a full tank of gas.

We upgraded from a Jeep Compass to a Dodge Journey because of trunk space needed.  There was no problem in doing this, it went very smoothly and the lady who helped was very nice and funny. 
The car on the other hand kept slamming into 2nd gear or sometimes would take a min to respond. We got stuck in Beaumont,.Ca for an hour and a half, it was hot outside.  But even when we made out to LA the car would still hit 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear very hard.  We explained this to the guy who checked the car back in.... he had absolutely no idea what we were talking about and kept referring to the brakes when we kept telling him it's the transmission.  He knew nothing of cars so who knows if he got it looked at.

Very professional and friendly staff.  I have been to this location few times and they always do a great job. Very satisfied with every car I've driven.
