I've rented from this location a few times and each time it has been top-notch service. Pleasant, professional staff, decent car selection and rates (if you book at least a week in advance). They fix problems brought to their attention.

Small facility , but big on customer service.  Nice to pickup vehicle closer to home even if they are busy.  Staff always friendly and helpful.  Smaller location is limited, book in advance to get car you want, no pickup service and limited hours on Saturday.

Great experience, your agent Dan was very thorough, explained contract nicely, excellent employee.  Vehicle performed flawlesslyreturn in Chandler was simple.   I will return!

I made the reservation at the Ina Road office with arrangements for a pickup at 11:30 am.  We were transferred to the 0racle Road office, but not told so.  Whenever we called, we were told that only one person was working and we'd have to wait until, first 1:30, and later 2:30.  We wasted 4 hours of our day trying to make connections and be available when Enterprise could pick us up which was 3 miles from the office.  When we returned the car, we were charged for a full tank of gas although we returned it half full.  When I brought it  to the employees attention, he cancelled the charged for all gas.  We drove a Ford Focus and liked it very much - did not drive out of town.

Customer service is top notch at this Enterprise location. The young man that picked me up was  friendly and even opened the car door for me.
The process to pick up the car was efficient and the car was very clean. 
I  will use this Enterprise location again. They have a "can do" attitude and do everything to make the customer experience excellent!
