Reserved a car for an quick weekend get away was in/out less than 5mins. Customer service was excellent...got a upgrade to SUV ... Truck was very clean. Will definitely come back to this location again

Screw this place and their rude ass attitudes. I called to ask questions about what I needed to rent a car that I had reserved for 6pm guy told me sorry were closing at 5:59 tonight. This guy also had the nerve to accuse me of not paying my bills on time. A bill is needed if you don't have a credit card handy. I explained I had a phone bill he said it has to have a zero balance I explained I have a balance of $333 that is due in 3 days. He started questioning why my bill was so high? Did you not pay last month's bill or something? Give me a break. Very unprofessional. On top of the overall attitude. This place sucks.
