Extremely polite and helpful.  Cars (and storefront) were clean.  The pick up and drop-off service was a huge help and saved us a bunch of money.  Only (mild) complaint was that the pick up was about 25 minutes later than originally scheduled.  I rented three times on this trip, and the Enterprise experience was definitely better than my experiences with the competitors.

Agreed to have car available 2 times within 24 hours and couldn't deliver either time..no cars available despite reservation. Nice, polite and totally unreliable bunch of guys. 2nd time, I got there when they opened, as agreed, but they still couldn't deliver. I wouldn't go back if they were renting for free.

I have rented from this location many times, and definitively recommend it for others. Their customer service is unmatched. 
I had a story this past Friday with returning my rental a bit late because I had a boot on my car. They took me in and didn't charge me extra for the time in addition they took off 15$ for a taxi to get me home, because they were closing and couldn't do the drop off. 
Will come here again. Ty.

They had the mini-van we needed but offered no discount for AAA or other. They were friendly and courteous. The car and the office were both clean

They scrambled to get me an suv at last minute notice right before Christmas by calling around other locations and came through!  Great rental plave, competitive rates.
