Very bad experience with this Enterprise. I booked the Minivan a week prior to my trip. When I reached Enterprise (255 Old Hook Rd, Westwood, NJ, US, 07675), I have been given car without even vacuum. It’s full of dust, dog hair and other things inside. When I asked for different car, I was answered very rudely. As I planned for my trip, I have to take this car. They just did the vacuum and gave me the car.

Fun starts after I accept the car. Car gives lot of noise, I felt like riding Aircraft not the car. It’s very bad stinky smell inside the car, wipers are not working properly. Initial plan was to keep it for 3 days, but I couldn’t keep it for long. I returned with my un-satisfaction on next day itself.

Made sure you bring all necessary documents for renting a car. Didn't have a Visa card, had a Visa debit card and they wouldn't rent to me.

I recently had to rent a car as my son totaled my car.  Although he walked away without a scratch, this was a very stressful experience and I was not in the best frame of mind when I went to pick up the loaner.  James, the reservation agent at Enterprise in Westwood, NJ was so professional, charming and personable that he actually managed to make me feel better.  He gave me a great car, explained all the charges and got me out of there quickly.  At drop off, he remembered me and once again got me on my way quickly.  I will certainly rent from this place again.  Great job!
