The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my rental. They gave me a caddy when I told them the first rental was very sluggish. To me, that's great customer service! The location manager trained a great staff. Thanks to all at McClean Ave

By far the best experience I've ever had renting a car. Everyone here is sooo friendly and they don't slip in hidden fees or try and sell you junk you don't need. After I returned my car the manager offered me a ride to the Subway, and quickly removed $10 from my bill after learning I paid that much for an Uber to get to Enterprise earlier that morning. They really went above and beyond.

Great service, just be mindful to pick up your vehicle 10-15 mins ahead of schedule. I had to wait a little bit to get my vehicle/inspection but was upgraded from an economy car to a mid-sized vehicle free of charge. I will definitely use them again.

As a single Dad, my car is an integral part of daily life. When my car was hit, I rented from this location and can't say enough about how professional and helpful these guys are. Christian went out of his way to ensure I had the vehicle I needed while my car was in the shop. He even gave us a ride home upon returning the vehicle. You'd be hard pressed to find customer service like that nowadays. Thanks to Christian and Dominic for their help. All the best!
