Picking up the car I was welcomed by Juan, who gave me a free upgrade and answered all my questions.  Very friendly and courteous and then I was on my way.  During my rental, the rear passenger window was broken into.  As you can imagine my reaction Sunday morning, I was horrified! Luckily the Fordham Road location is open on Sundays and I was able to bring the vehicle in.  As soon as I arrived Ed welcomed me with a smile and was able to swap the vehicle for me and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes! I want to thank all the staff at the Fordham location for making this a great experience, given the circumstances.  My only suggestion would be to please participate in the $9.99 weekends from time to time! Thank you!!

The manager, Tino, was courteous and offered accommodations for the long wait.  Renting over the holiday weekend is a challenge for this location.  This is due to the small space, it is the only location in the area and it also serves the South Bronx.

Overall I was pleased with the experience.

I go here all the time and I receive the most friendliest welcoming as soon as I walk in. The customer service is great from everyone. The car rental is fabulous, the cars are clean and I haven’t experienced nothing bad with the cars yet. I never have to wait long, again everyone there treats me very nice, as long as nothing changes I will continue doing business with them. I have no complaints so far!

It was my first time renting a car and honestly can say won't be my last time renting from this location well until I get my car lol but the experience was great it took a little longer than I thought it would to get my car but it was understandable cause it was early on a Saturday and they where getting cars in and ready, the staff was great they would give me updates to where the car was as it was getting ready all in all it was great will do it again soon

The pick up of the rental was quick and easy and last minute we actually needed a bigger car and the Enterprise Rep that helped us "Jesus" was very accommodating and helpful. Upon the return of the vehicle it was also a very easy process with another very helpful employee. My husband and I were very pleased with this location, if we need another car rental we would definitely go back to this location!!!
