I had to rate two stars because this location is always crowded with little staff and they sometimes don't have cars for you. I have had almost all my cars be very dirty inside and out. I mean so nasty that once I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it. They need to better service these cars because something is always wrong with the cars I rent. I have had cars shut down on me and completely just shut off on me. I would say Nick and the other workers are very nice and understanding and willing to help. I would give them 4 stars for their exceptional customer service. Hercules he was also a reason I gave 2 stars. He is very rude and brushed me off like I wasn't a paying customer. I watched as he rented several cars and did not ask for these documents of a bill and pay stub that he claims was needed. I have rented several cars and never was asked for these documents. He tells me we called you and left a message. I told him I didn't get it. Then while I am standing there he is calling my phone. I am looking at my phone wondering who is calling me from Mount Vernon. He didn't hear my phone go off so he says, I am calling your phone. I asked him why are you calling my phone? He says to make sure we have the right number. I took it that he feels I am a liar. I feel that is very unprofessional of what he did. This is my money that I am paying to rent this car not his money!! If this is something new with the documents it should be done for all customers not just one. I like coming to this location because the rates are good and it was recommend to me to to there.

Customer service was excellent! The staff at the Mount Vernon Enterprise on 11/5/2017 @ 10:30am was great, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. I received a clean car. Returning the car on 11/6/2017 was very easy. I only gave Enterprise 4 stars because my intermediate car did not have a rear view camera. It's 2017 and all cars should have rear view cameras especially ones that Enterprise rent. I have to rent another car from Enterprise in about 2 weeks, I really hope this car has a rear view camera.

Super nice staff but there’s literally like three people. They need more staffing. And also the only reason I’m giving this a three star rating is because they knewingly gave me a car with a tire issue. I had to keep putting air in the tire. But other than that genltleman that gave me a ride to and from the repair shop was excellent, a southern gentleman. I forgot his name but he was so nice!

Had a slight issue with protocol at branch. But the employees were excellent at making a compromise with me that I was satisfied with. This is my local branch and I’m always impressed at how they are able to expedite my experience

I had to give 2 stars because the initial experience was grueling but the ending experience with the second representative was much bettee. The young lady that "helped" first gave me the hardest possible time and the fact that she didn't know exactly what she was doing was even more frustrating for someone who'd never rented a car. So it would've been appreciated had she explained everything well. Once I finally finished with her, I was helped by another young lady who explained everything to me in layman's terms and she was extremely friendly. The insurance that is initially said no to (because I didn't get what girl A was saying) I ended up agreeing to purchase it because I understood what it actually covered. I'd have loved to give more stars but I might swear off renting cars from now on. Thanks anyway.
