Personnel were fine.... able to get car on short notice.... strongly dislike practice of giving car to me with very little gas -- this should be changed to conform to typical rental car practice of receiving at least half tank of gas when car is rented.

The staff here is very friendly and willing to work with customers.  Their lot is small, so they don't keep a lot of cars on-site.  This means you often have to wait a very long time to get your rental car, even though you reserved it for a specific time.  I've waited up to two hours beyond my rental time.  But now I know to go in there a day ahead of time and talk with them to see how I can avoid a wait time when picking up my car.  Amy and Cedric bent over backwards to help me.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and got me into my car and on my way very quickly. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy and well taken care of. The car was what I wanted, clean, and ran very smoothly. I will be returning the next time I need to rent a car.

Really excellent. COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Always friendly, fast and never a problem with the cars. They have been indispensable to me.

This is the first time I rent from Enterprise. I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very nice, courteous, and fast. I can't find anything wrong.
