The Location in Scotch Plains NJ was wonderful to work with. They did not have a medium size car to give me so they upgraded me at no additional cost. When the SUV didn't seem to be feeling "right" I mentioned it and they took some money off of my overall bill which was very appreciated! Thanks again

Staff - very young professionals who are not very good at the DETAILS! Loved the vehicle they rented me but they TOTALLY SCREWED UP the finances. 
Over-charged me by $100 on the security deposit - no explanation; John "accidentally" double-charged me on the rental instead of crediting my account for the security deposit. A $350 rental hit my bank account for over $900. NOT COOL! I suggest you discuss this with corporate.

Received misinformation and a surprise addition to my bill in the end, but resolved all to our mutual satisfaction in the end and had a beautiful SUV to use. Shop around and be sure to read the fine print. Keep a copy of all transactions and ask questions if you don't understand something on your contract.

I needed a vehicle for the weekend and reserved a car here.  The vehicle was a Nissan Versa.  The car was not really clean (stained headliner, not vacuumed).  Not really certain why that car is even in the rotation (no frills, no power).  Staff was good.

Rented a car for a week from the Enterprise office in Scotch Plains, NJ.  The customer experience was excellent.  I was driven to my residence promptly after returning the car.  Giving 3 stars only due to billing.  I ordered and paid for a standard class car but was offered a Toyota Corolla (1 class down) as the only car then available.  My billing was not adjusted for the reduction as it should have been.
