I had to wait an extended period of time for a pick-up; after being placed on hold for a substantial amount of time when calling to request a pick-up. The individual I believe to be the manager has a very abrupt demeanor. And, he should be extremely grateful to his staff for picking up where he lags in customer service. 
I think the agent that assisted me was Jasmine. Jasmine's quality customer service is the ONLY reason I'm giving 4stars. Jasmine was very  pleasant and engaging. She patiently explained everything to me. She was very thorough. She provided excellent customer service. Thank you Jasmine.

Had a great experience here. Have been going to this location for almost a year now. The first few experiences were not that good. But they have really stepped up their game in the last few months and I've had great customer service there for the last 3 months. The queues are not that long and the reps are friendly

I love the service at Enterprise South Plainfield.  The Staff are wonderful, courteous, and consistently ready to help.  The cars are very fuel efficient and well maintained.  I return to them over and over again.

I am very disappointed with my most recent Enterprise experience.  I was told that my car rental came with a pick up, and almost missed the appointment completely waiting around for the ride, and when I called to see where it was, I was told that I was out of the pick up range, which would have been nice if the person who actually booked the car for me would have mentioned that.  Then there was the matter of my rental time frame.  I really only needed the car for 1 day, to be returned Sunday, which Enterprise locations are closed on.  The closest location to my home offers after hours drop off, however they were out of cars.  Another very local location had a car, so I inquired about picking it up there but returning it to the location that offered the Sunday drop off- she said that I could, but it would cost me an extra $50, which is practically the cost of a full day, so I declined that option.  Then I go to drop the car off at the location I picked it up from and they ask me if I need a ride home.  I told the gentleman that I was out of their ride radius, and he told me to take the car and drop it off at the closer location, which also offered the Sunday drop off, and that because it was so close there was no problem waiving the fee.  So why was it a problem when I tried to book the car?   Why was I forced to pay a double rate?
