I always rent my cars here. Great offers, great cars and excellent service. Frank, Brian, Jason and Dedeji always make sure my needs are met. Also if you need a pick up or a drop off Rich or Joey the drivers are very pleasant and accommodating.

Very incompetent people. Whoever I spoke to on the phone made a reservation for me & gave me a confirmation number. Without my knowledge the reservation was transferred to another location & that location could not pick me up from my auto shop. I had to transfer it back to this location and then was told they had no cars on the lot & it could take up to an hour. The man I spoke to also tried to makeup names of cities that my reservation was booked under which were totally untrue. He also tried to mention some ladies names to put blame on whoever i spoke to in the first place.. names that I had never mentioned either. Taking my services elsewhere & will never book with this enterprise again.

They get 1 star from me, and it would be 0 if I had the option to. 
I made a reservation for 6pm. Arrived at the office by 558pm and they were gone. 
This is the worst most unreliable place to make reservations at; not even their costumer service is reliable. They asked for me to go to an airport to pick up a car, when I asked to contact  a manager or someone in higher rank, the agent told me that they could not help and all they could do is file a complaint. 
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MOST UNRELIABLE PEOPLE!

They are an awesome company!  Took care of 2 small problems I had and now I know they really do go to all lengths to help the customers!
