Friendly staff and generally quick service. I am in and out within 10-15 minutes during most visits. The occasional end of business weekend pickup can be chaotic, but that is expected.

Service overall is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient, especially when customers come along with a battery of questions. Beyond business, the team has a great sense of humor and always greet customers during pick-up or drop-off with a smile, which makes people feel welcome, more at home, like family. 

The cars are always clean and in good condition. There may have been one instance where the previous renter of my car was a smoker, but they were quick to offer alternatives.

The staff was very courteous and helpful.  When I first arrived, there were several people ahead of me and of course they had issues.  The Enterprise employee gave them each his full attention despite the growing line which is very commendable.  The representative that helped us was sort of new but still very courteous.  She was able to consult with a manager who was frantically trying to help a stranded person on the phone.  I would have given 5 stars but our wait was pretty long.  Also I think normally 3 front desk people would be sufficient.  I gave 4 because despite the wait the customer service was really good.  Additionally their website noted that the time we went, just before lunch on Monday, was a busy time.  If you are in a big rush, try to coordinate your pickup with a slower time.

The fact that Enterprise picks you up and drops you off is VERY convenient! Also, the pickup and drop off processes are very fast!

I'm giving a 3  because of the wait time ,I feel that this particular location  for the most part is always busy,  so i waited a while to get car, the person who help me was very nice and friendly but the wait time was a little to long and the car was very dirty when I got it, They said the car wash was not worlking.
