Customer service as far as pick up and check in goes was five-star, especially because the rep cleaned the inside of the car for me. Which is why this review is three-stars: the between-seats console was full of trash, and it was clear the inside of the car had not been cleaned at all. My last few experiences with Enterprise have been like that: excellent customer service and interiors of cars neglected.

I rented a car in Ireland, needed help at one point, and the agents at Enterprise were superb. They guided me and provided guidance. It was a great experience.

Agent placed unwanted insurance add ons to rental agreement, which are a scam if you have a major c.c. anyway, and after the discovery I had to argue for almost an hour with a combative customer service agent from the branch to get them taken off.  I've used car rental companies over 100 times in the past 5 years and this is by far the worst branch I have ever had the displeasure of renting from.  Car's are the same everywhere you go, its the competence of the employee's and service they give which set them apart.  This branch fails in this offer.

I had made reservations about a month ahead. I have 2 more scheduled in the next month. I am an Enterprise member so I can save time. My wife went in to pick up the car and it still had to be cleaned. When cleaning was done she found out my credit card wasn't accepted because of experation date. So now I go in to sign and the person who had gone over the rental was no where to be found. I then wait till the sales person gives rental quotes over phone. When she's done she has no idea why I standing in front of her. After I explain that I just want to give her my credit card number she starts calling for the person who was supposed to be helping my wife. Finally she gets the person and we go outside to the car that had been running for 15 minutes and I go through the rental agreement again. I asked why my credit card wasn't used from my Enterprise account and was told they don't save credit cards. I have been renting from this location for the last 2 years.well I finally get the car and the next day I have a message that 1 tire is low on air. Ok I go to gas station and put air in. Next day same thing. Now it's time to return the car. I didn't put air in so they would see message when they serviced it. I checked my Enterprise information and saw that I needed to up date experation date on credit card. Done. I still have 2 more rentals in the next 2 months. I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN.

Awful experience. Had to rent a car for an extended period of time while mine was in the shop. First month was fine, but the first car they gave me had an expired registration. I switched it in for a new car, and within three days the front right tire was low, and I got a flat tire on the way home from work at midnight. The second month went fine with a free upgrade to a chevy Malibu. After the month, I had to start a new contract and took a beatle. This was the worst one. I was already going broke from renting for so long, accepted a new job, and explained that my check had not cleared yet. They ran my card without my permission, and over drafted my account. Then repoed my car while I was at work with no warning and left me stranded an hour away from home. I'm never renting from Enterprise ever again. It was a nightmare.
