First time at this location and most likely last. I had a reservation for 10am the day before my car rental reservation I had my plans change and i had to pick up my rental earlier at 8am, so I called to make sure i wouldn't have any issues the day of reservation which the guy that answered the phone said I wouldn't have any issues and he had made the changes on the computer for me. I arrived at the location the day of my reservation at 8am the location just had opened. I was the  first one, the guy at the desk helped me check in and some how he said my car wasn't ready because my reservation was not until 10am. Ok. I explain that I had called the day before regarding the changes which they said I was good to pick up car at 8am. Then he said that they washed car the night before which I don't understand why the car was not ready......so they asked me to wait in lobby which I did. It took them 30 min to bring car out which they still took about 20 min just to take pictures of the car for their records. By the way there was a lady that was helped after me and she left before I did. At this point I was getting impatient and to the point of being pissed off. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Will not be returning for future services.

My experience was great their customer service is fast reliable and friendly, my car pick up time and drop off time were short. Their car was clean roomy and comfortable kids loved it. Thank you Hertz.

I appreciate their helpfulness. I rented a corolla but they gave me what was available. No complaints, the car was clean and ready. I was able to return the car a day before with no hesitation because I no longer needed it. Thank you Hertz South Gate

Out of all the car rental places I've been to, this has got to be the worst one ever. I will never in my life come to this location again...they are slow asf...

Manager (Debbie) - was not of great help at all. For being the only customer at the time, she spent majority of the time socializing on the phone while "attending to me!" I was there for about an hour, just for myself (insurance already set up a rental pick-up) just because she was on the phone. 

Attendant (Stanley) - great and friendly service. Was a lot of help and assisted me very well when i dropped off the rental. 

Drop Off Driver - worst ever! I unfortunately had to have surgery so I'm in a full leg cast. I had to have my family drive me to drop off the rental, while we needed a ride back, that was arrange. My son was putting my daughter in her car seat and the driver started to drive off (she wasn't even secured and my son was not away from the car) and I needed to yell at him to stop. Once we got to our destination, he attempted to make a turn he couldnt and put the whole bottom of the front end of the car on the curb.
