The customer service leaves much to be desired. I dropped off a car around 6:30 pm after they were closed for the evening, and I was not credited with returning it until they checked in in the morning around 8:30. They billed me for an additional hour because I had picked up the car before 8:30 am. When I brought this matter to their attention they have been giving me the run around.

Seriously the best experience I've ever had renting a car. My car was in an accident and I needed this rental while it was being fixed. Michelle, Eric and Victoria each had a hand in making this annoying week of my life better. They took GREAT care of me and were a lot of fun to work with.  Five stars isn't enough. Thank you!

Easy rental and fast service. I rented a sedan one way for work and spent maybe 5-10 min from arriving at the door to driving away.
