I got a rental car here for about a month while my car was getting repaired. This Enterprise mistakenly charged me $500 for rental insurance I DID NOT NEED since my current insurance covers it. I asked for reimbursement, Enterprise manager said she would look into it but instead began to ignore all of my phone calls.

Always friendly and helpful. Get you in a car quickly so you aren't just waiting around.

The staff members are very friendly and able to work with you if you are on a budget.  They were also able to pick me up and bring me to the location where my car was being fixed.

It's great to see this quality of customer service in a time where companies care less and less about the customer. The crew in Ansonia are great! With my car in and out of the shop lately I have booked 4 cars in the last 2 months. Each experience better than the last. They go out of their way to rectify any minor issue - they always make the situation right - and they do with a smile.  Highly recommended.
