Fast, friendly and great service ! Everyone is great with customer service. The manager even remember us from the last time we came which was a year ago. I would recommend this place

Not a good experience. Low integrity staff. Rude staff. Called the manager. He said he'd look into the issue and call me back the next day. Crickets. The lack of integrity extends up to the manager level. Never again.

I brought my car to a local Autobody shop for repair due to an accident. I was set up by the insurance company for a rental from Enterprise. From start to finish, the Enterprise staff were prompt, professional, courteous and accomodating. I began with on vehicle, a Hybrid, which was great, but realized I needed a bigger vehicle for the remainder of my rental period. Laura switched me into a minivan with no question.  She explained the various features and even helped me set up my Bluetooth! 
I cannot think of a single complaint over my 2 week period. I love the convenient location and the ease with which the transaction took place. Highly recommend!

I have been using the same enterprise location for 2 years about 5 times a year. Pick up from same location. This time when I called for a pickup like I always did, I was told I couldn't be picked up. I wasn't in the pickup territory. When I asked what the territory was, I am very much within it. When I said that I was in the correct area for pickup,  I was still told I couldn't be picked up.  The manager was saying the same thing at first. Then he finally looked in the computer  to see I am in the pickup zone.  I was late for work due to this. The manager barely apologized.  When I got my call after I turned in the car, the lady on the phone said, 'we did pick you up', like it was my fault they told me wrong. People need to go to customer service courses.  I should have been given an upgrade or a discount,  but I wasn't. They acted like I should be glad they picked me up. It's their company policy to pick guests up. They should be apologizing for the inconvenience. But instead, they were smug.
