Car was filthy and only had a 1/4 tank when I took possession. It was like I borrowed a friend's car instead of what you expect from a rental. I tried to save a few tax dollars by not renting at the airport, that was a mistake.

Reserved a small car,  needed a small car, got a Ford escape... A  representative called to offer discounts on next rental but never actually went through with it.

Normally this is an awesome place to rent a car. We did have a few miscommunications this time but all got resolved in a good way.
