Website was horrible, first phone call referred us to another branch. Website had no address for pick-up so we ended up going to multiple locations. Charged a $50 deposit fee even though this was a rental through an insurance company during a car repair. The place was a dump.  Won't go back here again. If I could give less than one star I would. Rent from literally any other place if you are in need of a rental vehicle.

Representatives are always friendly and provide quick service.  Vehicles are clean and ready to go. Convenient downtown location. Good rental rates.

This location did a great job of getting me in the car I wanted for my trip. The staff is friendly and quick at getting you into a car. I use this location for work trips every month and I'm always happy to go back.

Enterprise has always done me right when it comes to price and quality car. I have had issues in the past with their we will pick you up service. They are know for it and one of the main reasons I have rented for over 10 years at 3-4 times a year. Well this trip I was picked up at home on a Friday and said I would need a ride home on Tuesday. The young guy said not a problem. Well Tuesday comes and the clerk says Oh I sent everyone home, we can not give you a ride for almost 2 hrs. He left to go home 5 minutes later, I'm still sitting there. Then another young man comes back from a pickup clocks out and goes home.  I'm still waiting... finally after complaining I got a ride home 1 and a half hours later...I didn't even get a discount...
