Rude just bad customer service cars werent available when promised had to take a tiny car and was subpost to get something large to accommodate four childrenwas told they wpuld have something the next day they was told friday then didnt get something till the following tuseday. The topper was i was charged a $300 deposit after i was told nothing would come off my card considering it was threw ins and my car was totaled by somebody. This caused my accountt to go negitive and charge more fees . I will be calling in the morning and updating post.

Very unhappy potential customer. Was just told by Austin, that you were booked up and could not have a car available on Monday morning at Shadow Lake Collision, that I very much needed. No extra effort whatsoever to work with another Hertz site or anything! Just: sorry, can't help you. Way to go the extra mile, dude. Nice work. Lazy!!!!

Good service! Decent car. I know there isn't much to be done about this, but the car location was extremely cramped, especially the parking lot. I felt wary getting out of the lot, thinking I'd hit another. Thankfully, I didn't and also thankful that they retrieved the car!
