Teresa is not the problem... she was straight forward and apologetic, helpful with what she could.  But the fact is she's is understaffed and under inventoried... I've dealt with this location as little as possible over the years but whenever I have to it's been abysmal.  Either lack of vehicles or no one home.   I was given a reservation # that was considered a request # without be told this.  So when I showed up at 8am to pickup my rental, I was told that it was never a reservation and they have no car for me.  I'm happy to discuss with enterprise how poorly this represents their company happy to do so:

Had a very good experience with their service, timeliness and ease of use. We were broke down in North Carolina and needed to get on home and couldn't wait on our vehicle's repairs. We got a car from Asheville about an hour from the time we decided we needed one and had zero problems returning it in Maysville, Kentucky.

We called Enterprise "central reservations" to reserve a car at their Maysville office; on arival the office was closed for lunch and re-opened at 2 PM) - when they opened, the representative informed us they didn't have any cars.

Called and had a vehicle reserved. Drove 45 minutes ONLY to find  that they were CLOSED...at 3:30!!!!! I called  and asked why and was told "she" had to leave to get some more vehicles! Wait... what... I thought I had reserved one already??? I sat for an hour!!! No discount, very RUDE  and I WILL NOT do business with them again, in MAYSVILLE KY!!!
