This was probably the easiest car rental ever and the most friendly! I got in late and the weather was cold but not raining,  but the next morning it was raining and I couldn't see through the windshield.  I made a simple call and the replaced the car right away! No problems and no hassle! Totally helpful and professional!

Mostly everything was fine. However, I was told that the 20% holding fee would be reduced from the total price and upon returning the car I found that it was only 20% of certain parts of the total price. They do not do a very good job of informing you the cost of certain items during the purchase procedure.

I recently receiced an email stating that my rental car was due back.  I also continue to be asked to take a survey on a rental car that I had nothing to do with.  I have called and spoken to 3 different people about this reservation being changed out of my name and none of them have rectified this situation.  The reservation was not paid for by the renter of the car, and was billed to a corporate account, therefore I feel that when that corporate account gets an invoice to pay with a name on it with someone who does not work for their company, they will refuse to pay that invoice.  Who will Enterprise want to pay that invoice when the company refuses to pay it???  The 2 customer service agents I spoke with were more helpful or so I thought, than the agent at the Lexington Airport. They have the name of the person that made the reservation, so I do not understand why it is so difficult for them to change the reservation back into his name.  I am writing this review because I continue to receive requests to rate my service, so I know that reservation is still in my name.  I am hoping this review will be seen by the right person who can resolve this issue for me.

I have rented from enterprise over the past year and it seems the quality of the cars has gone down.  1st, please clean them better.  I dont like to get into a car and have windshield that looks like its never been wiped down in the 20000 miles the car has been in service.  I frequently have to go home and clean the windows.  When its raining or at night time it makes it more difficult to see.  Keep the maintenance up on the vehicles.  Often the cars are over due for service.  This makes me nervous that other inspections for operational soundness aren't being taken care of.  I am considering switching to Hertz as I have had better service from them.

I am a returning customer, arrived at Lexington airport from Toronto after a long flight and this time, Ms. Jessica Bevins received me with a bright smile and enthusiastic tone in her voice, felt good to see someone enthusiastic about their work. She also gave a  complimentary upgrade. You guys are Awesommeeeeeee!!!! Thank you for all the enthusiasm and passion for customer care and satisfaction. Also on my previous rental, I received a call from Ms. Emily, that I would have to bring the car I was renting for a swap. When I cam to Lexington airport branch (on Sunday), The manager went out of the way to find  me a high end SUV (from Alamo), I was so pleased that they understood the inconvenience caused and appreciated that I had to drive all the way to exchange the car. Kudos to you guys!!!
