Very smooth and pleasant experience renting a car at Alamo. It was my first time renting a car so I was a little skeptical however, there were no hidden charges or complications. The car they gave me was basically brand new with only 2,100KMs on the odometer. It was clean, very well speced and in great condition. The staff were incredibaly helpful and friendly. I rarely leave reviews but these guys definitely deserve a 5 star one. Couldn't recommend them more!

From pick up to drop off the service was terrific. Tawfiq was the young man that helped us when we arrived. Polite, efficient and very friendly. With him in the front line, the company set a good impression and made the rest easy. No issues with the car, in fact a very nice new Nissan Rogue, with very little mileage. Not bad pricing in comparison to others, even though they are really all owned by one and another.

I reserved a car for 1am and unfortunately my flight was delayed. I called to confirm that someone would be here for me to pick up the car although the flight was delayed and they would be closed. To my surprise I arrive and no one is here! I'm stranded here with my 2 kids at 3am! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Rented a sweet pick up with my son late Aprilwhich was way too large for just 2 :-D. Also a car in Toronto probably not really necessary. I usually roll with Alamo whenever I have the option. Can't think of a time where I had any issues. Maybe the wait can be longer every now and then but pretty sure that's the case for any rental company. Also no hassle with extra insurances and other stuff. Will surely rent from them again in the future. My one gripe which is understandable is that the truck had factory set tires. Should have been way bigger . Thank you team Alamo TO!

Service at the actual location Pearson Int Airport was great, however I called Alamo customer service and inquired about adding another driver and the only way to do so was to go the the Airport location to have them added in person. We were several hours away and they offered no alternatives. I feel as tho this day and age with the technology we have there should be an alternative way to do this.

Everything went smoothly. Booking, picking and dropping off. Even extending our rental was smooth.  Pricing was good. I was quoted and booked for $575 from another car rental 1 month before my travel. On my flight i just check prices out of curiosity and alamo had a good pricing and better car. It was down to 380 with extra day.

Very impressed with this car rental service, we had a small problem with the price which got fixed reasonably fast. The staff were nice and friendly and spoke with us while we waited for our car. Will definitely book with them again.

I rented a car which was awesome at YYZ from Alamo in late April. Unfortunately, I left some lenses in the vehicle when I returned it. Josh JZ went out of his way to try and track them down, personally following up with me a few days later. While the lenses could not be recovered, Josh’s focus on taking care of his customer was admirable. I greatly appreciated his support and will rent from Alamo again in the future.

Best renting car experience I ever had. Perfect cars, fantastic costumer service..I rented a x3 bmw online,  but it wasn’t available the night that I arrived, so they offered me even the better car  BMW X5 almost zero kilometer 2023. Front desk guys are supper helpful, honest, and professional. Taren was the name of the lady that helped me to get the car that I wanted… great job guys, you are the best.

My best rental car experience ever! Arrived late just before they closed unbeknownst to me and was welcomed with prompt friendly service. Ranjith, in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Will certainly use again for future rental needs
