If I could rate this lace a zero I would, the don't give you all the information you need to before taking your payment and your payment is already on your credit card without your signature on the papers. Not helpful at all

Ask for Kevin Sang!! I went their to rent a car with my father and he was so great and helpful!!! Ive been their a few times for a rental and must say he's really the most helpful one!

I understand policies are put in place but managers should be able to bend then, at least a little. I've rented from this location and another out of state for a couple of years now, last experience wasn't the best. They also gave us a dirty car last time we were there. I didn't really notice till we pulled out, by then I was in a rush so I couldn't turn back. I'll most likely be renting from them again, only because this location is close to me.

The worst place ever. I had my weekend planned out with reservations for a Hotel and the whole family was invited to a water park (that cost $497). I reserved 3 weeks before and was told to pay when I came for the car pickup. When I got there they told me they don't accept cash. So I went to the bank to deposit the money came back and then they said they do not accept Prepaid debit cards. On top of all they were charging me $250 for a deposit. This are things they should inform the person when they first walk in to rent a car not after you have made plans. Bad service manager and a few other have attitude problems. DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THIS PLACE !! I HOPE THEY CLOSE IT DOWN !!!!
