I made a reservation for a full size pickup on the website for exactly that station. Some days later the employe told me thats impossible to get a truck because they do not rent trucks on that station even so I got a confirm for my reservation. No car, no helpful employe, no enterprise again

I had an issue with one of my car windows not being able to go up. I stopped in at this enterprise and was met by a female employee. I told her about the situation with the window, and with an attitude, she asked me, "well, what do you want me to do about it, I'm not a mechanic". I was shocked at this response. I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me she was the manager. I asked if she can find me another mustang to replace the one I rented, she refused stating, the only car I have is a mini van". I knew she lied to me. I did not want to downgrade from a mustang to a mini van. I asked if she can check around to other enterprises to see if anyone had my exact rental. She made 1 call, and told me they did not have one. I asked if she can call other places, she refused and told me "I have customers to take care of" "Am I not a customer?", I asked. This so-called manager did not care. I left in frustration at the lack of professionalism. She was a white woman with brown hair. She was around 5'4 150lbs. I forgot her name. I will never do business with enterprise again. I felt like I was treated as less than.

The advertised opening hours on Sunday are 8am.  At just after 9am, we had to jump in an Uber to go 1hr plus away.  There was no sign of an Enterprise employee and the corporate phone number was of no assistance either.  Confirm and reconfirm if you ever choose to rent from this location.
