I would not recommend renting a vehicle from here. As the other reviews stated, it's a subcontracted public garage. When I arrived the videophone kiosk was broken. I waited almost an hour to get my car before a representative arrived to write me a paper contract out by hand. 

When I returned the car, the garage staff informed me there were no more spaces for Hertz cars and that I would have to pay for them to take the vehicle, but not then, but the next day. So I had to return to do that. Hertz assured me they would reimburse me, but I won't hold my breath. None of this was made clear to me by the in person representative who rented me the car, whoa assured me the return process would be simple. 

Avoid this place. Hertz does not tell you that this is a subcontracted location with a kiosk. This location was auto booked for me by hotwire, so if you are using a third party service, be wary. The garage staff are not affiliated with Hertz and are completely ambivalent to any issues you may have. This is a poorly run operation to say the least.

Make sure you allot some time when picking up and dropping off a car. It takes a while to process everything with the remote assistance. Specially when dropping off the car late at night. It's difficult to connect to a representative. 

This is actually a parking lot with a Hertz kiosk. The parking attendant can't help you with any rental inquiry. You have to speak with a representative remotely via the kiosk using a wired phone and a webcam. 

We booked a midsize vehicle like toyota corolla from expedia but we got a compact chevrolet sonic when we got there.

Avoid this place!! rent through a phone kiosk that's located in a very busy parking ramp - no actual personnel. There's a huge TV on full blast just by the kiosk so that you almost can't hear a thing. I noticed after about 10 minutes driving my tank was only 30% full but the receipt said 100% full. I drove back which was a huge hassle in traffic. Staff on phone was semi polite and offered no compensation. I'll never rent a car with them again - definitely do not recommend this place. Terrible.

This is a public parking not hertz which is 1.8km distant from there at 5th floor of 1619 of alton road

I rented a vehicle in Orlando International and was schedule to drop it off at this remote location. This is a kiosk which connects you with a Hertz representative using a webcam. In theory, the idea is good. However, when technology fails, it fails! I was stuck at this virtual kiosk for at least an hour because the machine kept losing internet signal. If you have a couple of hours to spare on your rental, go ahead and try to deliver you vehicle at this kiosk location. Otherwise I would try one of the other locations with actual humans working in them.
