Thank you for your bad service on friday.  Waited for 30 minutes to queue and another person comes in and just puts himself first in line. The customer manager only exposes this person and lets us wait. When we are finally helped, we will be sent to find a car on our own.
Find another car rental if you can!

Worst rental agency I ever encountered. Unfriendly staff who did not bother to answer our questions.

Anyway, did decide to book a car online since the agency was close to our Hotel. When we went to pick up our car we got a smaller car than the one we payed for. We also had to wait like an hour just to get the keys together with many other unsatisfied customers. The staff here works slowly and acts rude towards customers.

If you can, do choose another agency.

Heard assistant telling Italian family not to worry if oil light comes on, I had same issue and guy did not want to swap my car but luckily I knew what to say and got swapped over.  Also heard him tell others not to worry about additional charges they were all required!

The most unfriendly person behind the counter i have ever met. That man seemed to hate humanity!

We planned on picking up our car at 4:45, were running late and got to AVIS at 5:10 only to find out it was closed. We were not notified about the store closing or anything. What horrible customer service. At least check in with someone with a confirmed rental when you are closing. Very disappointed that this experience will affect all my AVIS rentals moving forward.
