DO NOT use this car wash. Decided to give it a try today and am very unhappy with the results. We used the soft touch side since I have delayed a wash for a couple weeks. First of all it bent my rear license plate up. No big deal that can be bent back into place. However the new scratches on the passenger side from from to rear are not that easy to fix. Not to mention the large amounts of black goop we believe to be grease splattered all over passenger side.

Beware of random charges to your credit card.  They will charge you and never tell you or send you a receipt for what they are charging.  You won't know unless you pay attention to your credit card statements.  I had a rental vehicle due to being in an auto accident.  My rental agreement says paid for by Insurance Company & they charged my credit card for an extra day.  Very sheisty and un-professional to charge customer's credit cards and NOT issue a receipt to them.  And when you call they tell you to call the insurance company.  BUT.....the insurance company didn't charge my credit card.  Do not TRUST them.  Very dis-appointed that companies behave this way.

We are a business related traveling family and when possible, we rent all of our cars from the Burlington location. The staff are highly professional, the cars are consistently clean and in great working order and the pick-up service is prompt. The best thing about renting from this location is the leadership and their agility. Several times this past year I have been stranded due to a failing car with no way to get help and Chris and Grant made time to pick me up. We sincerely appreciate personal service and genuine concern for our needs. We highly recommend renting from Burlington for personal and business related needs.
