My goodness these folks saved my bacon.  My fuel pump went out on a Saturday morning in Milwaukee.  I had traveled 330 miles on a 430 mile trip.  The car was going to be in the shop overnight.  10 minutes before closing time Kim took my call and Jeff shot down to the Firestone service center to provide me a vehicle.   The solid efforts of this Enterprise office made my day much better than it could have been.  I have had good experience with Enterprise wherever I go.

I rented a car for a road trip to Tennessee and being the gearhead I am checked all the fluids and tire pressures myself.  The oil didn't even touch the dipstick and the sticker on the windshield indicated that it was about 1100 miles past due on it's oil change.  I called the location and was informed that the Pep Boys sticker was incorrect and that they have their vehicles serviced at a local Firestone.  My response was polite, I said "OK then I won't worry about it".  I am however not an idiot and added 2 1/2 quarts to it (half of the engine's total capacity) and figured that if they don't give a f#*k then neither will I.  There was no evidence of an oil leak and after 1200 additional miles it was still full.  I've always up until this point had excellent service from Enterprise as a whole but will refrain from using this specific location.  Lucky for me I usually snag a rental at whatever airport I land at!
