This place is legit awesome, I had a Ford ranger 2006 that was being repaired and I contact enterprise and  Adam  helped transition the whole process smoothly plus I got to drive a EXPIDITION 2017 which was a dream come true for only a few days. Now I’m back in the old 2006 car. I would recommend this place for sure and will choose it again.

The Staff at Enterprise were very prompt in addressing my needs, gave me options for the rental vehicle and offered a higher end vehicle as an upgrade.  I  also felt it was a reasonable rate for my vehicle rental.  Enterprise is a great place for a vehicle rental.

Worst experience ever!!! Booked my reservation online with my debit card (as I don’t believe in credit cards) to get to work after the brakes on my car went out. Show up only to be asked for all these other forms of credit verification like utility bills. This is none of their business. The piece of paper that they give you with the “acceptable forms of verification” is NOT an official document. There’s no “enterprise” info of any kind and was basically printed from Microsoft word in their back room. Visited their website, which mentions special conditions a location may have and to read all the information, which I did and there is no mention of this policy. Because it isn’t a policy. This location apparently just gets to do whatever they want. I will never be renting from eneterprise again nor will anyone I know as I’ve shared this story with everyone I know

As always the staff was very accommodating. I have an issue that they upgraded me without telling me. I have rented for business 152 days last year and and my price is fixed. So it was my mistake I guess for not reading what I was signing and this is the first time I had an issue. 
They called me to ask about my service I explained what happened. Being a member at the highest level I thought they would reimburse me the difference. In fact I asked them refund me but I said I would leave it up to them. As of today to my disappointment I have not received a credit. If they treat a a renter at the highest level like this it makes you wonder how you will be treated. 
This will not stop me from renting from them but lesson learned on my end read before you sign. I will say SHAME on you Enterprise for upgrading me and not giving me the option to decline.
