On behalf of the service I received specifically i couldn't be happier! I was in town for a funeral and had to rent a car last minute. The guys at this location had everything ready for me even with short notice which allowed me to spend much needed time with my family. I'm used to enterprise as a company and have visited many locations, it's true they are a bit more expensive but the staff here were personable and efficient making the experience for my mother and I quite pleasant so it's worth it. Thank you

I made a reservation online and went to the delaware site early in the morning. The staff were nice and professional. I did a walk around the car and was out of there within  10 minutes.

the five stars reflect on sam and all his help , but don't blow you're horn about pick up and drop off because you never deliver and can't be counted on !

had to wait an hour for my reservation while one attendent sat at a computer.  Given car in snow storm with very inadequate wiper blades.  Insurance dictated I extend my rental and was quoted $70/day for my existing compact rental.  Got a compact from another agency for $150 wk. pretty incompetent staff at Delaware next to Caruba, passed my displeasure on to my insurance agent.
