I'd say so far so good. I rented a compact car from this place. It was not in very good shape. It did run and got me to where I wanted to be. They made the car ready very quick, in contrast to Enterprise who said I couldn't get a vehicle until afternoon. The staff was nice and provided reasonable help whenever they can. They also have pick-up and drop-off service.

Great deals🚘the staff was nice and informative, they gave us pamflets on good tour locations, picked us up from our hotel to rent our car and dropped us back to our hotel when returning the car. I was very happy with their services, will use them again on our next trip☺

Considering the day the girls in the office were having when we went in for our rental they were great,  they handled everything very professionally and pulled off what I would have considered a horrible situation with amazing control.  The ladies deserve mad props for all they do,  and my car got us everywhere,  literally without fail.

Just don’t.   For starters, the owner tried to put me in a vehicle that felt like it was going to fall apart at any time, and looked like it had survived Katrina. When I brought it back and complained, he ( unhappily) put me in a newer vehicle.   The deposit is about the same as other reviewers, and like some, 30 days later, we have yet to get the deposit back.    

Unless you are really and truly desperate, stay far away from this place.   Shady shady business.
