I have had to rent a car for about a month now, it has been an easy and pleasant experience. The manager Darrell I want to say is always pleasant and greets everyone with a smile. However this last week I experienced a not so pleasant experience and a borderline rude employee. It won’t change using Enterprise in the future but this weeks experience was not a good one.

The staff were very professional during the entire process. They were very quick and explained everything so that I was able to fully understand. Due to the busy holiday weekend (Christmas), they did not have a car ready in time for when I was supposed to pick it up and offered me a free upgrade which came in handy bringing all of my kid's Christmas gifts back home. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone.

I have rented cars from Enterprise for years. It start d years ago with the desire to have a “different car” for fun. I found Enterprise to be the best to rent from consistently. It’s hard to find good customer service but Enterprise is so successful and coming up with the best people to serve their customers. This Jackson location has always had beautiful professional people that go over above and beyond to represent Enterprise and LOVE good customer service. You can tell they enjoy it. I wish more people and businesses were like this. They are amazing even in negative situations. Because it is rare to find such exceptional customer service I had to take the time to review them. I have never had a bad experience with any Enterprise. Their reps are always the top in customer service. Dealing with this a Jackson location has been a refreshing inspiration to see there are still good people it there with the best in work ethics and people skills. They make it look like they LOVE working for Enterprise and Enterprise takes care of their employees and customers. That is hard to find these days. Anyone that has a successful career at Enterprise would be an asset as an employee for any company. I can’t say enough about how impressive they always are at Enterprise and I have dealt with Jackson for over 15 years so I have met many of the employees that pass thru there and they have all been amazing in both representing Enterprise and delivering exceptional customer service.  I want to add that some of the negative reviews are not pertinent to Enterprise nor this location. Any dissatisfaction based on service would be a very rare occurrence. Mistakes do happen but they are not careless. They are very thorough and professional.

My wife and I were very happy with the service here. Our car was great and there was very little wait time. Our rep was very friendly and took time to answer all our questions. 

Also, this place is diagonal from Amtrak, so pretty convenient if you take the train in to town.
