This Enterprise is top Notch!! I'm very impressed with how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were in getting my rental car, as I also worked to drop my truck off for repairs.
This could have been far more chaotic, and I imagined the hand-off of my truck and pick up of the car would have been worse.
Instead, all 3 staff members worked very well together to ensure I got my rental agreement taken care of in a timely manner, and then off to drop my truck off, and then call them for pick up...
When I called, they had already sent someone out to come get me, so I ended up waiting only about ONE minute, maybe 2, for the driver.
All in all, I was able to manage what could have been sloppy and complex in less than an hour overall, and get back to work in time from my lunch hour with my rental from Enterprise!!!
I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who wants fantastic service and to work with awesome people.

I've spoken to the branch manager multiple times and the Customer Care team multiple times, but still have not received a call I was promised from the regional manager to "make this better." I've probably spent about 10 hours on the phone with multiple people, in addition to the 2 to 3 day inconvenience/stress I faced because I didn't end up getting a car I reserved. I'm keeping at this because I believe I am continuously being maltreated by this branch and Enterprise.
I reserved a car about a week before I wanted to pick up, showed up at this rental location, and was told there were no cars available for me. The staff at the branch that day reiterated this line to me many, many times. It went something like this "We can't do anything because other people have chosen not to return their cars and corporate did not send us a batch of cars." I wasn't satisfied with that explanation. When pressed about the validity of my confirmed reservation, employees at the branch and the national reservation team told me that I should not never really expect a car to be available (even with a confirmed reservation). So, just a heads up, if you're traveling during the holiday season and have a "confirmed" reservation, you may not actually have a car available for you.

I would say that the service from my local Enterprise was great, fast and easy and with a little wait time. Employees I met were always nice and very helpful. The variety of cars they offer are mostly gas savers. While renting any cars I never had any trouble such as worry about breaking down or got a flat tire. They offer a ride home. That is a great service I have ever received.
There is one thing that made me very unhappy. I received a letter in which they said that Their Damage Recovery Unit has received notification of damage or loss to the vehicle I rented. To my knowledge, the vehicle was well and bell returned and was well inspected and an agent did not notice damage. I was dropped home in the same vehicle I returned drove by an agent. How could it be lost and damaged by me??
I would love to see them being respectful, honest and treat me like a loyal customer that I am.

Horrible customer service. Lied to us about the condition of the car. Also kept calling my girlfreinds phone days later claiming that they never recived their vechile, when it's clearly sitting in their lot. Won't be returning there forsure.
