Had a great experience with the staff at this location! I totaled my vehicle in an accident and needed a rental even before my insurance company could start the process. They worked out everything for me and coordinated with my insurance company so I didn't need to worry about the back and forth. They were even able to get our rental reimbursement extended a few days so we were covered through the weekend without the extra cost. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received! Thank you

Great overall experience, great auto, great pick-up (nice sociable staff), only complain... I said I did not want additional insurance, as my insurance covers rental cars. Staff member kept trying to up-sell me to enterprise's additional insurance, no means no.

Manager was rude and spiteful. I had an emergency and needed a vehicle. She treated me as though I were interrupting her from some other activity. When I brought this observation to her attention, she quickly retorted that should take my business elsewhere. Other patrons (2) witnessed the encounter as well and left the same time as I. My wife and I had rented from there repeatedly over the years. We have taken our business to another company since. Very unprofessional.

So so so so so so so freaking rude to my mother and I, I will never forget you people... This location makes me sick to my stomach pertaining to how they treat normal people also you can take your 50$ smoking fee and shove it up your ass, the detailer boys are punks, and this location literally is worse than the Michig
