Very poor customer service. Reserved vehicle and spoke with staff. Upon arrival reservation was cancelled without notification. Took my services to Enterprise in Merrillville. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

My experience was amazing. The staff was extremely professional and I just Loved the pick you up system. I would rent from them again when needed.....

Just extremely poor service. Reserved a car weeks ahead of time, but they still didn't have a car available when it came time for my rental. Then after waiting for the car they refused to rent because they wanted to put a hold on my credit card that was nearly twice the cost of the rental and that exceeded my cards balance; and they do not accept debit cards for out-of-state drivers. I even spoke with the "area manager." No apologies, no concessions. I rent cars every month all over the country and I've never been treated like this and then flat-out turned down for a rental especially on some petty technicality like this. I will never even bother attempting to rent from them again.
