Absolutely wonderful people to work with in person. Always friendly, clean environment, fair prices. Love the " pick you up factor." This is why I've used only enterprise for 20 years! However, tbeir reservation department needs some serious help though!!!

Shame you know how to rent cars , but not how to stay out of politics. 
I'm sorry but we are boycotting you now for your foolish statements about me and my fellow Americans. Prematurely  reacting before you actually know what is going on....it's mental health...not guns. The shooter in Florida could have easily taken a rental car and drove into a crowd of student in the parking lot with no waiting for a background check. Very nice staff you have at all your locations.

I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-car for 2 years now for business. The staff has been great always friendly and knowledgeable. The card have always been clean and well kept, never a problem

In the past we always rented a car here when ours broke down. We usually have no problems and we get the vehicles we liked. But this last time they tried making us pay an extra $120 for bogus insurance. Had to go to our insurance place to pay for an extension of our coverage for this rental car. It was $10. By time we got back, our promised car was given out and we were left with a car we mostly didn't care for. We'll be thinking about a different place after this event next time we need a rental.
