This place was a pleasant stop during an unpleasant time. Our car broke down in the middle of WV. We were stranded, but this particular location offered pickup service and was extremely helpful every step of the way. The manager was very nice and had several opportunities to gauge myself and other customers in the store for going over the mileage limit, gas, etc. I would highly recommend this Enterprise.

Next time I'm in town, I'll rent from Hertz.   If I am told someone will pick me up in a few minutes, it should not take 40 minutes (5 minutes away).  There should have been a step-stool available for elderly people to get in/out of the shuttle.  There should not be a delay for a car to get an oil change. I should not find the backseat covered in cracker crumbs when getting the car keys.  It should not take 80 minutes from the call for pickup to departure for an existing reservation.  There were a couple positive things:  1) the car itself was fine (once it was cleaned out); 2) we were not required to have gas in the tank upon return as compensation for our inconvenience.  Please don't request additional contact information.  I talked to Enterprise customer service a couple weeks ago and was told this branch would contact me.  Never received a response.

I have used the Martinsburg location twice now and have had the most excellent service on both occasions!  Great staff who are very helpful!
