I rent regularly from this location and they are consistently efficient and accommodating. The cars are always in good shape and their rates are reasonable. It would be nice if the cars were rented with a full tank ~ I usually have to fill the tank before I head off but other than that I have only good things to say.

Very efficient and cooperative. Cheerful, well trained staff. Ready availability, and flexible when I changed the dates at the last minute. My go-to rental spot always! Thank you.

I have rented cars from this location several times over the past year. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. That’s why I was surprised when my credit card alerted me to the fact that I was charged EIGHT TIMES for a one week rental. So begins the nightmare of trying to get this sorted. So far my favorite statement is this is a result of “a computer glitch” . I won’t bore you with the details of calling corporate customer service, the local rental office and accounting. I will let you know how long it takes for them to resolve it. Rental returned Dec 30th. They have already wasted sixty minutes of my time on the phone. You do the math, how much of my credit they are tying up. A one week rental mid size car x 8. January 9th still no refund two emails and two phone calls
