A great first time experience!  The staff was very courteous, very professional and most helpful!  I originally cancelled my reservation thinking that I had a ride which turned out to be a no-show.  When I stepped into the Enterprise office 3 hours after canceling, I was happy to find they had not deleted my info yet and had me in a car in less than 30 minutes.  It was my first time renting on my own but they put my mind at ease as they provided great instructions from start to finish. I was really concerned about the drop-off since the office would be closed when I returned the car.  However, the clerk's directions were so easy to follow, I had no problems.  Not only would I rent from this location again when back in Newark but I would definitely recommend it to others.

I Had a really good experience with team at Newark Penn Station Center. Though there were some delays in handing over the vehicles but it was beyond their control and they handled it very amicably. also the admin staff was very helpful when it came to understanding the billing and they handled my queries very patiently and were logical in their reasoning.

The rental process was great, however the car we had for only a few hours, smelled like air freshener (at first) after about 30 minutes we realized that it was a mixture of cigarettes and cheap perfume. We both got a headache from it (keep in mind this is winter in New England it's cold) when we dropped the car off and our ride picked us up, we were instantly told how bad we smelled. We came straight home and all of our luggage and contents smell like that car along with my house. I complained when I returned the car, nothing was done about it.

A week ago was the first time I ever rented a car in my life, from anywhere. I ended up choosing this location because of the prices for the nyc area and because of it's yelp reviews. I am soooo happy that I made that decision. One, they upgraded me without additional costs. Secondly, from the minute I called to confirm my booking and ask questions, to the minute I returned it, it was all such a good experience. This is my go-to rental spot now for sure. They were always super helpful and never found my questions odd. The girl at the front desk was great and told me honestly what she would recommend in terms of insurance since it's my first time renting, but she didn't at all force me (which is a huge positive impression for me). The guy that picked up my other phone call was also super nice, and then I had to call during my rental bc I couldn't figure something out, and whoever picked up was also great (could have been the same guy). 

The only thing I would improve on would be the after-hours drop off portion. It was a little unclear where to park since all of the spots were taken for enterprise so we had a bit of an anxiety-evoking moment. The security guard at the location was helpful though and enterprise was fine with where I parked, since they seemed to understand that there was not much space. Maybe just let renters know that.

All-in-all, they were incredible. I've already recommended them to a bunch of people that I know who would rent cars lol.

The crew at this location are always extremely professional and friendly, and get you in and out very quickly! By far my favorite location to rent from.
