My vehicle was stolen so my insurance company put me into a rental.  Although, I live in Orange, NJ close to the East Orange location I always chose to rent cars from locations much further away.  My insurance company secured the rental at this location so I didn't question it.  

When I was ready to pick up my rental, a very well mannered young man came to pick me up from my house.  The original care I picked up didn't feel quite right when I took it off the lot.  I circled the block and returnee with the car.  They didn't have anything in the same class so I ended up with an upgrade.  This vehicle didn't give me any problems.  

Once my car was recovered and the repairs were complete I was able to return the car to an Enterprise in Hillside which was closer to the body shop, where another nice, well mannered young man dropped me off.

Thanks to my insurance company and Enterprise Car Renal for making this experience stress free.  Dealing with the fact that my car had been stolen was enough.

Excellent ! Christi and Mr.O helped us. They were professional but not stiff. They were forth coming with all the info we needed to make decisions. We even got to inspect the vehicle ourselves and made changes accordingly. Great service! Excellent staff!

My experience at the East Orange NJ location was an excellent one. I could not really believe the great treatment and explanation i received about renting the vehicle. I would recommend this location and i would definitely go back if needs be. Lovely and respectful staff.

Horrible...  received a rental that was being fully paid for by my insurance company whilst my car was being repaired. Had my sister return the car, she was told that there is an additional $400+ in charges. Got on the phone with the rep who indicated that it was for collision insurance, which is an optional service, which I didn't take or need, rep said no problem and the adjustment would be made since the, contract wasn't closed out. One week later I received a call from someone 'McDowell who identified herself as the manager asking how I would like to pay off my balance, I explained to her that what I said to the rep a week ago that it must be a mistake...rudeness and unprofessionalism she would get an A+...didn't want to listen to a word I said . Made a report to corporate and one week later a charge on my card...
