I would give them a 0 if it were an option. The lady at the counter is plain rude. Rude to the extent she was shouting at my wife on the road. All this for asking her to wait an extra minute or two beyond 6. I would have been ok with her politely saying she can't. But she is someone who doesn't understand customer service. 

Never renting from here again!

Besides the fact I called and asked for a specific car and was told it wpuld be requested, it wasn't. Then I asked if I could pick up the car earlier, I was told yes at a cost of $126 because she didn't change the drop off time to match the new pick up time. I just left and went to another budget and got another car for half the reserved price amd way better and clearer service. Don't bother with this place.

This is the worse place u can ever go to.my sister is getting the run around for her to get her money back.they said 2 to 3 days and they said they put.it back in her account they never did.they are a scam and a big Rip off don't go to them.now I told her to go to corporate and they should be able to help her.this is a piece of shut company.they should not be In business at all.to top it all off they are rude as hell to the customers and don't know.how to talk to them.i am really upset with this.it don't take from August 26 intill now.for u to give me my money back.piece of shut company period.she will never use this company again.afyer she gets her money back.

I greatly disagree with the negative comments. Customer service was great and very informative, helped me reduce a cancellation fee from LGA and directed me to a gas station to avoid the high refill price. Other rental companies would just charge the refill.

On return they remained very delight and saved me an excess charge.

Have to say very pleased with the service at this Budget branch and recommend it to others. I'll visit them again when I'm back.
