Helpful, friendly, professional. The car was just what I needed, and they extended the rental when my repair shop wasn't finished on the day originally planned. Yeah contacted my warranty company and made the rental easy for me.

I participate in surveys and I am very critical because I expect top of the line service for my money. With that being said, i was really impressed at the speed of service. I was actually standing in the parking lot asking the representative if he was sure that was all. I kid you not it was all over and done in less than 5 minutes. Everything was done and I had the keys in my hand. That was excellent customer services and it was the same in returning the vehicle. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend company to others.

Some of the nicest people and the best customer service I have ever had. With the amtrak delays in the northeast the corporate office overbooked cars and the owner and his wife and everyone who works there who was off of work came in to help. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and helping me when I was stranded!

The staff was extremely helpful  and accommodating when the Amtrak train broke down and everyone needed a car. Very impressed with the service!!!

I just would like to thank the enterprise of Trenton they are what you call customer service. You can tell they are just nice people not people being paid to be nice. They have helped me more then once months apart without even realizing it! I’m forever indebted to you guys and if I ever need a rental I will never ever go to any other enterprise You guys have made a forever customer... Thank you guys again...
