This Enterprise location is hands-down the best place to rent a car in the area. I am from Sugar City and we always drive to IF specifically to get a rental here. We had to come minutes before closing and the staff was (and always is) extremely friendly and welcoming. They even made sure our car had cruise control when they found out we were going on a long trip. It's easy, they're not pushy, the cars are clean, the price is great. 11/10 for awesome employees! Love you guys, we will be back (again).

These guys are great, they made me an enterprise customer for life. 
I discovered my flight plans changed for a later arrival, well past the closing time for their store. Chris, the manager came back more than four hours after closing time to meet me and save the car for me which he could've easily rented instead.
I can't thank the manager Chris enough for helping me out of a really tight pinch when there were no other cars available and no hotels available that weekend. He really really saved me thanks again you guys are great

Usually, my experience with Enterprise’s service is excellent. This time, I was sadly disappointed. I was already running 10 minutes late picking up my car, there were 4 people I could see In the office and only 2 working. I figured this would be a breeze. Nope. It took forever for the girl to pull up my paperwork, then when she told me she was going out to get the mileage, she took someone with her and was gone for a lot longer than it should have taken to get the mileage, pull the car around, and be ready. Well, she came back with no car. Said it would be just a minute. They were washing and detailing the car! While I was waiting! Seems to me, when a customer schedules a time to pick up a car, they are probably on a schedule. By the time I left I was now running almost 45 minutes late. And the car was far from clean but I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it. The gas tank wasn’t full, it was 3/4 full, and so I could fill it up, prepay, or bring it back with 3/4 full tank. That was beyond stupid. Also, the change oil alert came on every time I started the car and vehicle wasn’t working correctly. This experience was not one where I would recommend anyone going to this establishment for a car. Returning the car was smoother, but that didn’t fix the pick up.
