I had a great experience. I had reserved the car for noon pick up but realized later I needed it at an earlier time. I called the location and was accommodated to my needs quickly.

Excellent service. I accidentally left my golf clubs in the back of my rental and they went out of their way to return them to me. The cars they havr available to rent are great as well and the rates are very fair. I highly recommend.

Truly excellent customer service at the Enterprise location at Rexburg, ID, It is so rare to encounter such positive and dedicated staff. I've rented cars all over the U.S. and abroad and have never before been moved to write in about a car rental! It was a very busy week in Rexburg with the US Eclipse on 8/21/17. I had rented a car a week earlier to take a camping trip. The staff were so kind and helpful-- genuinely pleasant and wanting to make it a great experience. I had reserved a compact car but the only one left was a big Ford Expedition. At first I wondered if I could drive it as it was bigger than any car I had driven before. But the staff person explained the situation and helped reassure me about driving it. It turns out it was a perfect vehicle for camping and it worked out great. When I returned the car the manager and other staff were so gracious and inquired about how it went w/ the Ford. And he even said he would have exchanged the car for me if I had wanted that and that he had tried to call (but i had no cell phone service where I was camping). Long story long here-- this location stands out as exceptional. .

I have had nothing but great experiences at this enterprise. The staff is super friendly and willing to work with you. They helped us out a lot. Thank you enterprise!
