Enterprise team members provided the highest level of customer service possible during a recent one-month rental following a car accident.
The communication throughout the experience was exceptional.  After receiving that level of customer service, I will never rent from any other car rental company.

Local representatives were friendly, helpful, prompt. They upgraded my car two grades at no additional cost because they were out of economy cars. There was minimal paperwork and they picked me up and dropped me off at the repair shop.

The phone representative that I had to talk to to place my reservation, on the other hand, had to be reminded several times of specific details (time and location of pick-up, date of pick-up, duration of rental) because he kept getting them wrong. The day before (a Friday)  I had checked prices for an economy car and the website said they were ~$26/day. When I called to place my reservation on Saturday, the rep quoted me ~$46. He told me I must have been on a third-party site but I was not. I rechecked and the cost DID increase overnight,  which I can kind of understand,  but I was not impressed with the way the representative blew me off like 'of course I was wrong'.

Reservation-guy aside, I was pleased with the service and will use the company again. Again, the local folks were real nice.

Wonderful Customer Service

I have been renting from this office for a few years now and I can honestly say their service has always been top notch. Regardless of whether I reserve it online or visit the store, the service is the same.

I have no hesitation to recommend this Enterprise office for anyone renting a car in the Pocatello area.

I had rented a car from their salt lake branch they helped me out of a jam really nice 2017 truck and it was rented for one way only meaning I dropped it off in Pocatello however I didn’t get my whole deposit back they tried charging me extra for gas then what was agreed upon when I signed the agreement I’m disappointed that Pocatello gave me the run around saying they would refund it and it wasn’t it wasn’t until the manager told me I would have to contact the Salt Lake City branch to clear it up I called and they were so nice and so helpful Keith the salt lake manager took time to go through the agreement and the receipt and asked me how could he make it right? I asked him to refund what was supposed to be mine and he did it without any argue and apologized up and down for the inconvenience because of him I will definitely be back to rent from enterprise again! Lesson here is make sure you save your agreement and your receipt!
