Hard to Find location.  The Staff is upbeat, cheerful, and kind. 
The vehicle selection is average; but I did get my chance to test out a Ford Edge, while my vehicle had repairs to my front bumper. I love the backup  camera to use while were backing up. I love that I had use of this beep aide that can alert us to a child who suddenly appears onto the view. area.  I do not know how common  this safety feature is or how standard it comes in vehicles now days. But, this is one I will look for if I ever get a different vehicle. The most important review of Hertz is that it is losing business because it doesn't work with the auto body repair shops, who come and get you, and give you a ride to rent a car. Hertz's poor location is another reason to provide the service.

World Class service as usual at Hertz! Fast and efficient pick-up and drop-off process at Hertz....it's my go-to car rental company.

After reserving a vehicle for a week I showed up to list myself and my wife as a driver and they said, "oh that is 90 dollars more to have a second driver." The person at the counter didn't care at all and basically told me tough. She is over 25 and we are insuring the car not hertz. horrible policy do not rent from hertz. I will never rent from them again.

Staff was incredible got me and the wife into a car last minute. They worked with us great! The manager was training a new person and did an amazing job!
