I recently had to rent a car for business travel while my vehicle was being repaired. Trey and the rest of the staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Perimeter Loop made the process very easy for me. The pick up was quick and they were extremely responsive in helping me. I was able to make the reservation through their website. When I arrived to pick up the rental, everything was ready to go. After a brief checkout, I was on my way. The car was clean, full of gas and odor free. Returning the car was also very easy. During check-in, the office was busy, but Enterprise had five people working to help customers. I was able to drop off the car and go about my day in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they were serious about making sure I was satisfied with their level of customer service. I would strongly recommend using Enterprise Perimeter Loop.
Do not try to call, they should remove the telephone number to manage expectations. Save yourself the frustration of being on hold unless you can leave it on speaker and do something else for an hour. Had a vehicle through them in which thay battery left me stranded. Roadside assistance ensured me I could replace the battery and be provided a refund. Took the receipt to this location and was told they didn't know how to do that and I needed to visit a different location. Are the vehicles inspected mechanically prior to use?
Rented a Doge Ram pickup truck. Personnel at the office were great and the truck drove great. The issue is with the cigarette stench inside the vehicle that we had to breath for 650 miles in each direction and then exiting the vehicle to find the stench of cigarettes embedded in the clothes we were wearing. There was a cigarette burn hole in the front passenger seat and my wife found two disposable Bic lighters in the rear seat when removing our stuff. No amount of deodorizer can cover up that smell or hide the fact that the vehicle was smoked heavily in. Do better Enterprise.
Second time, I believe, renting a car from the perimeter location. Had no issues getting the vehicle I scheduled but me and the receptionist missed a missing rear windshield wiper on the vehicle when doing the walk around. It was just a stump as if someone ripped the wiper arm itself off the vehicle. I noticed as soon as I arrived home and I called the manager Trey advised me everything was going to be ok and I would not be assumed for the damage. Everything worked out great! Trey was polite and understanding for a fairly concerning issue!
This location is horrible when it comes to organization and getting things right! I’ve rented from this location 3x in the past month and each time they managed to mess something up! The last time, i showed up to pick up my car and they told me they didn’t have a car for me. After i had swapped cars multiple times and been upgraded, all 3 cars still had check engine signs on, 1 was even leaking oil and said i needed to add more oil, they all smelled bad, and i was nervous that the car would break down on me definitely didn’t feel safe! This location seems to get the old cars! The only reason i gave this place even 2 stars is because Taylor the mgr is very accomodating and had the car delivered to my house when they didn’t have a car for me. She tries to help but it still doesn’t change the fact that you’ll still end up paying for a old car that doesn’t get serviced at all and smells bad. It seems like that’s just how the cars are at this location.
Taylor went above and beyond helping me out—she deserves an infinite amount of stars. She was friendly, professional & quick to resolve my issue. Every business needs to have wonderful employees like Taylor.
Brett was an absolute DREAM to work with. Solved my issues, compensated me more than fairly for my trouble, and gave me a great upgrade on my next rental. I'll definitely be going back!
HORRIBLE experience and zero customer service. I had a reservation through my insurance. I called a month before my appointment to confirm the pick up date - got confirmation. Called the morning of pick up and was on hold for over an hour and never got through to anyone. I went into the Perimeter Loop location and they told me there was a miscommunication between branches and that my appointment wasn’t in their system. I called my insurance adjuster who told me the reservation was confirmed with her as well. The woman at enterprise said she would call around and give me a call with an update that day. That was 2 days ago and I still have heard nothing back and do not have a rental. I have tried calling several times to only get the automated message and be put on hold. There is ZERO customer service - they don’t even answer the phone.
Taylor helped me out more than she knows. I had a rough experience picking up in Cincinnati. I got picked up from a dealer but then we went to a further location as they no longer have the location by the dealer, this caused delays. Once getting to the Cincy location, the car wasn’t ready. After an hour of delays, I miss an appointment by 30min. I’m explained to Taylor in columbus what happened and she went above and beyond to help. Thanks so much.
Kept on calling no on attends the calls and after 30 mins wait one lady attended the call and tells "Can I give you a call for undivided attention and dont call for hours. They wont have any cars and dont care to show options and especially for Insurance claim related pick/backup cars.... Terrible over all Enterprise
