Terrible service, horrible management practices and their policies are out-dated and inconsistent. After several recent horrible experiences at the Marble Falls location, I now take all my car renting needs either to an Enterprise competitor, or one of the other locations, however inconvenient it might be. The Marble Falls location as a representative of Enterprise gives the company a bad name and should be closed down.

I was not happy with enterprise...the car I rent was ok as far a driving and the way it drove,  but the cleanness of the car could have been better. The car smelled like smoke every time I turned the air on, when there are no smoking signs in the car. The inspection was out of date, every time I turned the car on it said it needed service. The people in the office were VERY RUDE on the phone, and even in the office, customer service needs improvement. The whole we will pick you HA... they were very unhelpful with trying to get me where I need to be when dropping the car off. If I could have used someone else I would have but enterprise was the only choice, first time to use them not impressed.

John is awesome and always a great help. Best enterprise I have ever rented from. We rent vehicles on a weekly basis and John is always the best.
